Planning
Project teams work with estimating from the start so the scope of work is understood, and feed lessons from past projects back into our processes.
Subcontractors
Subcontractors are appointed in line with the client’s agreement, and we make sure they meet the contract’s programme of work.
Project manager
A project manager is responsible for every activity from order award through installation and commissioning to the end of the warranty period.
Quality assurance and control
Every contract follows a project-specific Quality Plan built on the contract specifications, so engineering, procurement, installation and commissioning can be monitored step by step. We use client requirements to produce complete designs and detailed working drawings with the latest CAD software.
